Job summary

Americare Senior Living in Warrensburg, MO is seeking a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to provide safe medication administration and compassionate daily care for residents. You will work under licensed staff to ensure accurate dosing, monitoring, and dignified care in a supportive home-like setting.

The position offers full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts with pay ranging from $15 to $16 per hour, along with a benefits package and opportunities for growth within a values-driven team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of CMA program that meets state requirements.
• Active CMA certification in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications under supervision of licensed staff.
• Verify resident identity and document dosage and timing.
• Monitor residents for medication responses and report concerns.
• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Maintain accurate documentation of resident care and intake/output.
• Support admission, discharge, and transfer documentation as required.
• Provide light housekeeping and assist with tours as requested.
