Americare Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to support Memory Care residents in Missouri. You will administer medications under supervision, assist with daily living activities, and ensure safety and dignity for residents living with memory loss.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Completion of a Certified Medication Aide / Med Level One course with certification in the State of Missouri.
• Active certification maintained in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications under the supervision of licensed nursing staff in accordance with Missouri regulations.
• Verify resident identity prior to medication administration and document dosage, time, and observations.
• Monitor residents for medication responses and promptly report adverse reactions or concerns.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal hygiene, meals, and mobility.
• Accurately observe, record, and report resident care, conditions, concerns, and food intake/output.
• Recognize and report changes in resident condition to charge staff.
• Complete admission, discharge, and transfer documentation as required.
• Support coworkers by providing assistance as needed.
• Perform housekeeping duties, including cleaning resident rooms and common areas.
• Answer phone calls, greet visitors, and assist with tours of the community as needed.
