Job summary

Americare Senior Living is seeking a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to provide safe, accurate medication administration and compassionate daily care to residents at our Fulton, MO community. Under the supervision of licensed nurses, you will document doses, monitor reactions, assist with daily living activities, and help maintain a warm, home-like environment in a team-focused setting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of CMA program meeting state requirements.
• Active CMA certification in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications under supervision of licensed nursing staff.
• Verify resident identity before administration and document dosage, time, observations.
• Monitor residents for medication responses and report adverse reactions.
• Assist residents with daily living activities and mobility.
• Maintain accurate documentation of resident care, intake, and output.
• Support admission, discharge, and transfer documentation as required.
