ABC is seeking a Clinic Admissions Associate to be the first connection for families starting ABA therapy. You’ll guide families through the admissions process with empathy, handling requests, referrals, and scheduling while keeping information clear and supportive.

You will build relationships, reflect ABC’s values, and help expand access to care for children with autism and their families. The role emphasizes teamwork, communication, and compassionate service in a fast-paced clinic environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in administrative work, customer service, client relations, or related areas.
• Passion for work that benefits children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Responsible for day-to-day administrative functions for our clinics such as document management, tracking people and things, and internal/external communication with referral sources.
• Provide strong support to inbound calls from prospective and current clients/families.
• Become a subject matter expert on autism to explain how ABC helps children and families.
• Handle marketing and admissions tasks to support operations manager and clinical leadership.
• Embodies ABC core values and serves as a cultural role model for teammates.
