Job summary

ABC is seeking a Clinic Admissions Associate in Tyler, TX. You will be the first connection for families entering ABA therapy, guiding them through admissions with empathy and care, and supporting internal and external communications with referral sources.

The role emphasizes building relationships, delivering exceptional first impressions, and expanding access to care for children with autism and their families. A strong, positive attitude and 1–2 years of related experience are valued.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in administrative work, customer service, client relations, or related areas.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED Required.

Responsibilities

• Give great support to inbound calls from both prospective + current clients/families
• You will become a subject matter expert on autism in order to help others understand how we help our children + how we can help them
• Handle various marketing + admissions tasks to support the work of our operations manager and clinical leadership
