Job summary

Stand Out Home Care in Tennessee is seeking experienced caregivers to provide in-home support that keeps clients safe, comfortable, and independent. You will join a growing team serving private-pay clients and VA/CHOICES programs across the state.

We offer consistent schedules, competitive hourly pay, and opportunities for growth as the company expands. Weekly pay, PTO after 30 days, and benefits after 60 days are part of our packages.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience required.
• Dependable, professional and compassionate.
• Strong communication skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to follow client care plans and instructions.
• Ability to successfully complete required background and compliance screenings.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living.
• Bathing, grooming, dressing and personal care.
• Mobility, transfers and ambulation assistance.
• Meal preparation.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
