Job summary

Stand Out Home Care is expanding across Tennessee and is seeking experienced and dependable caregivers to join our in-home care team. We provide personalized care to keep clients safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes, serving private-pay clients and VA/CHOICES programs.

We offer flexible full-time and part-time opportunities with weekly pay. Benefits begin after milestones, and there are growth opportunities as the company expands.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation and ability to pass screenings.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living.
• Bathing, grooming, dressing and personal care.
• Mobility, transfers and ambulation assistance.
• Meal preparation.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Medication reminders.
• Companionship and supervision.
• Running errands and assisting with daily routines.
• Follow individualized client care plans.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment.
• Reporting changes in a client's condition to the appropriate team member.
