Job summary
Stand Out Home Care is growing across Tennessee, and we’re seeking experienced, dependable caregivers who are ready to make a difference. We provide in-home care to help clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes, serving private-pay clients as well as VA and CHOICES programs.
We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities with weekly pay, paid time off after 30 days, and a 90-business-day performance evaluation.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience required.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to complete required background and compliance screenings.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living.
- Bathing, grooming, dressing and personal care.
- Mobility, transfers and ambulation assistance.
- Meal preparation.
- Light housekeeping and laundry.
- Medication reminders.
- Companionship and supervision.
- Running errands and assisting with daily routines.
- Following individualized client care plans.
- Maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment.
- Reporting changes in a client's condition to the appropriate team member.
