Job summary

Stand Out Home Care is growing across Tennessee and is seeking experienced caregivers to provide in-home support that keeps clients safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. We proudly serve private-pay clients as well as VA and CHOICES programs across Tennessee.

Whether you want additional hours or a steadier schedule, we offer full-time and part-time opportunities with weekly pay, paid time off after 30 days, and a 90-day performance evaluation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years caregiving experience required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and ability to pass background screenings.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living.
• Bathing, grooming, dressing and personal care.
• Mobility, transfers and ambulation assistance.
• Meal preparation.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Medication reminders.
• Companionship and supervision.
• Running errands and assisting with daily routines.
• Following individualized client care plans.
• Maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment.
• Reporting changes in a client's condition to the appropriate team member.
