Job summary

Stand Out Home Care is looking for experienced, dependable caregivers to join a growing team delivering in-home care across Tennessee. You will help clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent at home, serving private-pay clients and VA/CHOICES programs.

We offer $16.00–$17.50/hour with weekly pay and flexible full-time or part-time opportunities. PTO begins after 30 days, with a 90-day performance evaluation and insurance after 60 days.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience required.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to follow client care plans and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living
• Bathing, grooming, dressing and personal care
• Mobility, transfers and ambulation assistance
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Medication reminders
• Companionship and supervision
• Running errands and assisting with daily routines
• Following individualized client care plans
• Maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment
• Reporting changes in a client’s condition to the appropriate team member
