Job summary

Stand Out Home Care is hiring experienced caregivers to provide in-home support across Tennessee. You will help clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes, with private-pay clients and VA/CHOICES program participants.

We offer full-time and part-time opportunities, weekly pay, and pathways for growth as the company expands. Paid time off begins after 30 days, with benefits after 60 days, and a supportive scheduling team assists you across Tennessee.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living.
• Bathing, grooming, dressing and personal care.
• Mobility, transfers and ambulation assistance.
• Meal preparation.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Medication reminders.
• Companionship and supervision.
• Running errands and assisting with daily routines.
• Following individualized client care plans.
• Maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment.
• Reporting changes in a client's condition to the appropriate team member.
