Stand Out Home Care is hiring experienced caregivers to provide in-home care across Tennessee. We serve private-pay clients as well as VA and CHOICES programs, offering a chance to join a growing team with flexible schedules.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years caregiving experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Dependable, professional and compassionate.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to follow client care plans and instructions.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to complete required background and compliance screenings.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living.
• Bathing, grooming, dressing and personal care.
• Mobility, transfers and ambulation assistance.
• Meal preparation.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Medication reminders.
• Companionship and supervision.
• Running errands and assisting with daily routines.
• Following individualized client care plans.
• Maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment.
• Reporting changes in a client’s condition to the appropriate team member.
