Job summary
Stand Out Home Care is seeking experienced caregivers to provide in-home care across Tennessee. We serve private-pay clients as well as VA and CHOICES programs, offering flexible hours including full-time and part-time roles with weekly pay.

Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old and have a High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 2 years caregiving experience.
- Dependable, professional and compassionate with strong communication.
- Ability to follow client care plans and instructions.
- Reliable transportation and ability to complete required screenings.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living.
- Bathing, grooming, dressing and personal care.
- Mobility, transfers and ambulation assistance.
- Meal preparation.
- Light housekeeping and laundry.
- Medication reminders.
- Companionship and supervision.
- Running errands and assisting with daily routines.
- Following individualized client care plans.
- Maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment.
- Reporting changes in a client's condition to the appropriate team member.
