Stand Out Home Care is expanding across Tennessee and seeks experienced, dependable caregivers to help clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent at home. We serve private-pay clients and VA/CHOICES programs, with opportunities for additional hours and stable schedules.

We offer weekly pay, paid time off after 30 days, and a 90-day performance evaluation. Insurance benefits become available after 60 days as the company grows and more clients are served throughout Tennessee.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of caregiving experience required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a HS diploma or GED.
• Must be dependable, professional and compassionate.
• Must have reliable transportation and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living.
• Bathing, grooming, dressing and personal care.
• Mobility and transfers assistance.
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Medication reminders and supervision.
• Provide companionship and daily routine support.
• Run errands and accompany clients as needed.
• Follow individualized client care plans and document changes.
