Stand Out Home Care is expanding across Tennessee and seeking experienced caregivers dedicated to making a real difference in clients’ daily lives. We serve private-pay clients and VA/CHOICES participants, offering meaningful in-home care with weekly pay and flexible schedules.

We provide full-time and part-time opportunities across Tennessee, with PTO after 30 days, a 90-day performance evaluation, insurance after 60 days, and ongoing growth as the company expands.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience.
• Dependable, professional and compassionate.
• Strong communication skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to follow client care plans and instructions.
• Ability to successfully complete background and compliance screenings.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living.
• Bathing, grooming, dressing and personal care.
• Mobility, transfers and ambulation assistance.
• Meal preparation.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Medication reminders.
• Companionship and supervision.
• Running errands and assisting with daily routines.
• Following individualized client care plans.
• Maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment.
• Reporting changes in a client’s condition to the appropriate team member.
