Job summary

Stand Out Home Care is growing across Tennessee and is seeking experienced, dependable caregivers to join a growing team. We provide in-home care to private-pay clients as well as VA and CHOICES program participants, helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

We offer full-time and part-time roles with weekly pay. Benefits begin after probation days, and there are growth opportunities as the company expands across Tennessee.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to follow client care plans and instructions.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living.
• Bathing, grooming, dressing and personal care.
• Mobility, transfers and ambulation support.
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Medication reminders and companionship.
• Running errands and supporting daily routines.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment and report changes.
