The Goodman Group, LLC is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to provide routine daily care to residents in accordance with their assessment and service plan. This role emphasizes dignity, respect, and safe, supportive assistance within our community.

Shift options include Per Diem AM and PM with hours 7:00am–3:15pm and 3:00pm–11:15pm. Wage range is $18–$23 per hour, with eligibility for benefits as described in the employee handbook.

• Be able to make independent decisions and follow instructions.
• Deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, and public.
• Capable of working with ill, disabled, elderly, and emotionally upset people within the facility.
• Communicate effectively for supervisors, team members, residents, and families.
• Maintain confidentiality to ensure resident privacy.
• Knowledge/proficiency of facility EHR.

Mansioni

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) tasks, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring, and mobility.
• Assist with moving and transferring residents into and out of bed, chairs, bathtubs, wheelchairs, lifts, etc., using safe techniques.
• Communicate information and any observed changes to a supervisor immediately.
• Assist residents to walk with or without self-help devices as instructed.
• Encourage residents to socialize and participate in scheduled activities and outings.
• Respond promptly to resident alerts, needs and requests for care.
• Observe emotional condition of each resident and report changes to the nurse.
• Follow infection control practices and maintain a safe environment.
• Check each resident per service schedule to meet personal care needs per their wishes.
• Ensure resident safety by assisting in fire or other safety drills.
• Perform other essential job-related duties as assigned.
