Job summary

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, safe transfers, documenting care, and communicating changes promptly to a supervisor. The role emphasizes infection control, safety, and compassionate care across shifts.

Qualifications

• Must meet all applicable state and federal requirements.
• Prefer 6 months or more of experience in home care, assisted living, or long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living with dignity and respect.
• Aid in moving and transferring residents safely.
• Report changes to supervisor immediately.
• Assist with medications per provider instructions within certification scope.
• Maintain accurate documentation of medication administration and effects.
• Follow infection control practices and safety procedures.
• Support resident socialization and participation in activities.
