Job summary

The Goodman Group, LLC is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to support residents with daily living activities, ensuring dignity and safety in accordance with each resident's care plan.

In a 2pm-10pm shift, the caregiver will assist with bathing, dressing, mobility, and social engagement, while documenting observations and communicating changes to the nurse and supervisor. Training provided and a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Must meet all applicable state and federal requirements for this position.
• Prefer 6 months or more of experience in a home care, assisted living, or long-term care facility.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living with dignity and respect.
• Move and transfer residents using proper techniques.
• Report changes in resident condition to a supervisor promptly.
• Encourage participation in activities and outings.
• Maintain safety and infection control standards.
