Job summary

The Goodman Group, LLC is seeking a Caregiver to provide routine daily care services to residents in accordance with their assessment and service plan. The role emphasizes dignity, safety, and timely communication with nursing staff.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, transfers, mobility, and participation in activities while maintaining resident privacy and safety. Prior caregiving experience is preferred; adherence to policies and infection control practices is required.

Qualifications

• Must meet all applicable state and federal requirements for this position.
• Prefer 6 months or more of experience in home care, assisted living, or long-term care facility.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring, and mobility.
• Assist with moving and transferring residents using proper safety techniques.
• Communicate incident reports and observed changes to a supervisor promptly.
• Encourage socialization and participation in activities and outings.
• Respond promptly to resident needs and requests for care.
• Observe resident conditions and report changes to the nurse.
