The Goodman Group, LLC is seeking a dedicated caregiver to provide routine daily care to residents in a respectful, compassionate manner, following care plans and policies. Duties include assisting with ADLs, mobility, and social activities while maintaining resident dignity.

Shift is 2pm-10:30pm; wage range is $16-$20 per hour based on certification and experience. Candidates should meet state/federal requirements and have some home care or long-term care experience.

Formación

• Must meet all applicable state and federal requirements for this position.
• Prefer 6 months or more of experience in home care, assisted living, or long-term care facility.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring and mobility while respecting resident dignity and policies.
• Assist with moving/transferring residents into/out of beds, chairs, bathtubs, wheelchairs, lifts using safe techniques.
• Report resident changes or incidents to a supervisor promptly.
• Assist residents to walk with or without self-help devices as instructed.
• Encourage socialization and participation in activities and outings.
• Respond promptly to resident requests for care and provide assistance as needed.
• Observe resident emotional condition and report changes to the nurse.
• Follow infection control and safety guidelines; report unsafe conditions.
• Check resident care needs per service schedule and ensure wishes are met.
