Job summary

At Peace Healthcare Agency is seeking caring Caregivers / Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our growing team. The role focuses on one-on-one, non-medical personal care, companionship, and daily living support to help clients maintain dignity and independence in their own homes.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of personal care experience preferred.
• Proof of TB testing required.
• Must be able to lift and assist clients as needed.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently per care plan.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical personal care and companionship per care plan.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, toileting, and ADLs.
• Prepare meals, light housekeeping, laundry, and daily routines.
• Offer mobility assistance and transfers as permitted by care plan.
• Provide medication reminders and transportation to appointments when applicable.
• Develop respectful, supportive relationships with clients.
