Job summary

At Peace Healthcare Agency is hiring compassionate Caregivers/PCAs to join our team. You will provide one-on-one, non-medical personal care and companionship, helping seniors and adults with disabilities live safely and independently in their own homes.

The ideal candidate is caring, reliable, and dedicated, with at least 1 year of personal care experience preferred. We offer weekly pay, direct deposit, and referral bonuses, plus benefits and holidays where available.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of personal care experience preferred
• Proof of current TB testing required
• Must be physically able to perform the essential duties of the position
• Must have reliable transportation
• If transporting clients, must have a valid driver's license and current automobile insurance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must pass required criminal background and fingerprint checks

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one, non-medical personal care and companionship based on care plans
• Assist with bathing, grooming, toileting, and ADLs
• Help with dressing and personal hygiene
• Perform light housekeeping
• Assist with meals and feeding as applicable
• Maintain a clean, safe home environment
• Provide transportation to medical appointments when needed
• Offer companionship and support to promote independence
