Job summary

At Peace Healthcare Agency is seeking compassionate Caregivers/Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our growing team. We provide one-on-one, non-medical personal care, companionship, and daily living support for seniors and adults with disabilities in their own homes.

Qualifications

• 1 year of personal care experience preferred.
• Proof of TB testing required.
• Must have reliable transportation and, if driving clients, a valid license and insurance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Mature, caring, punctual, and dependable; able to follow a care plan.
• Must pass criminal background and fingerprint checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one, non-medical personal care and companionship.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, and ADLs.
• Assist with toileting, incontinence care, meals, and light housekeeping.
• Assist with daily routines and mobility/ transfers as per a care plan.
• Provide medication reminders as required and coordinate transportation to appointments.
