Job summary

At Peace Healthcare Agency is seeking compassionate Caregivers / Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join the growing team. You will provide one-on-one, non-medical personal care, companionship, and daily living support to seniors and adults with disabilities in their homes.

Competitive weekly pay, direct deposit, free medical insurance, and referral bonuses are offered. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of personal care experience, a valid driver’s license and insurance if transporting

Qualifications

At least 1 year of personal care experience preferred.
Previous caregiving experience in similar roles is a plus.
Must pass criminal background checks and fingerprint checks.
Must be physically able to perform essential duties.
Reliable transportation and, if transporting clients, valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one, non-medical personal care, companionship, and daily living support.
Assist with bathing, grooming, toileting, and ADLs according to care plans.
Prepare meals, light housekeeping, laundry, and maintaining a safe home environment.
Offer companionship, social engagement, and supportive client relationships.
Assist with mobility, transfers, and safe movement around the home.
Provide medication reminders per the care plan and assist with transportation to appointments.
