Job summary

At Peace Healthcare Agency is hiring compassionate, reliable Caregivers / Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our growing team. You will provide one-on-one, non-medical personal care, companionship, and daily living support to clients in their own homes.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of personal care experience preferred.
• Proof of current TB testing required.
• Must be physically able to perform the essential duties of the position.
• Must have reliable transportation and, if transporting clients, a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must pass required criminal background and fingerprint checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one, non-medical personal care, companionship, and daily living support per each client's care plan.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, toileting, ADLs, meals, light housekeeping, and laundry.
• Support mobility, transfers, and safe movement around the home.
• Provide medication reminders per care plan.
• Offer transportation to medical appointments and assist with errands and community activities.
