Job summary

Harmony Senior Services in Summerville, SC, is seeking a Resident Assistant/PCA to provide quality care and assist residents with daily living activities. You will support mobility, meals, and daily routines while maintaining safety and confidentiality.

The role requires a HS diploma or GED and completion of an approved PCA program. CPR/First Aid certification is preferred, with a flexible schedule that may include weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Must have completed an approved Personal Care Aide program per state regulations.
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
• Able to walk/stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Perform housekeeping duties in resident rooms and common areas.
• Respond promptly to resident calls and emergency alerts.
• Assist in planning and conducting activity programs for residents.
• Follow confidentiality policies regarding resident information.
