Harmony Senior Services in Charleston, SC, is seeking a Resident Assistant/Personal Care Aide to provide quality care and assistance with daily living activities for residents in our community. You will respond to calls, help with mobility, and support residents during meals and activities, while maintaining confidentiality and teamwork with the nursing staff.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, completion of an approved PCA program, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, CPR/First Aid

Formación

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Must have completed approved Personal Care Aide program per state regulations.
• CPR/First Aid certification required or must be willing to obtain within 60 days of hire.
• Must communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Must be organized and able to work with all levels of personnel.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and push or carry 25 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Perform housekeeping duties in resident areas.
• Respond promptly to resident calls for assistance or alerts.
• Assist in planning and conducting activity programs.
• Report resident status and concerns to appropriate staff.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information.
• Assist new residents with move-in transition.
• Attend required in-services and staff meetings.
