Job summary

Harmony Senior Services seeks a Resident Assistant/Personal Care Aide to provide quality daily living support for residents in our Summerville community.

You will assist with activities of daily living, housekeeping, and respond to calls and emergencies, while maintaining confidentiality and following policies. This role requires teamwork, reliability, and compassion in a fast-paced senior living setting.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Ability to work with residents, families, and staff compassionately.
• Must be organized and able to follow supervisor directions.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Perform housekeeping and maintain clean resident spaces.
• Respond promptly to resident calls and emergencies.
• Support activity programs and social engagement for residents.
• Report resident status to nursing staff per policies.
• Assist with move-in transitions and provide emotional support.
