Job summary

Harmony Senior Services, LLC is seeking a Resident Assistant/Personal Care Aide (PCA) to provide quality care and assistance with daily living activities for residents. You will respond promptly to calls, assist with mobility, and help with activities while maintaining confidentiality and teamwork.

Responsibilities include routine housekeeping, activity planning, and clear communication with nursing staff. A High School Diploma or GED and a state-approved PCA program are required; CPR/First Aid

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Must have completed approved personal care aide program per state regulations.
• Must be CPR/First Aid certified, or be willing to become certified within 60 days of hire.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs, and push or carry 25 lbs.
• Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods and assist residents with mobility.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Perform housekeeping duties as directed (beds, apartments, common areas, dining room).
• Respond to resident calls for assistance or emergencies.
• Assist in planning and conducting activity programs for residents.
• Check on residents, monitor meals and attendance, report status to staff.
• Communicate resident status and upcoming appointments or transfers.
