Job summary

Right at Home SLC is hiring compassionate caregivers to provide one-on-one in-home care for seniors and adults with disabilities. Join a team dedicated to safety, comfort, and independence, with weekday and weekend part-time opportunities in the Salt Lake City area.

You'll offer companionship, assist with daily activities, transport to appointments, and support families while building meaningful connections that support well‑being. Training and ongoing support are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older.
• Valid driver's license and car.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. and pass a background check.
• Experience with dementia or behavioral care preferred.
• Familiarity with hoyer lifts and gait belts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one care with companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with hygiene and mobility.
• Prepare meals and light housekeeping.
• Provide transportation to appointments or outings.
• Give medication reminders and monitor well-being.

Position: Caregiver

As a caregiver, you'll provide one‑on‑one care that matters every day. Your responsibilities will include offering companionship and emotional support, assisting with hygiene and mobility, preparing meals and light housekeeping, providing transportation to appointments or outings, giving medication reminders, and building meaningful connections that foster well‑being.

• Competitive pay: $17.00–$18.25/hour (based on experience, CNA, or Dementia Certification) Minimum $27.50 per shift
• Training/GUIDE Respite Rate: $17.00/hour
• Raises after 60 days + annual reviews
