Right at Home Salt Lake is seeking compassionate caregivers to support seniors and adults with disabilities at home. You will provide companionship, assist with personal hygiene and mobility, prepare meals, keep homes safe, and help with transportation to appointments.

Starting pay is $17.00–$18.25/hour with opportunities for training, bonuses after probation, and benefits including 401(k) with matching, PTO, and 24/7 on-call support.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Able to pass a background check
• Experience with dementia and behavioral care
• Experience using a hoyer lift and gait belt (preferred)

Position: Caregiver

As a caregiver, you'll play an essential role in improving the daily lives of our clients by offering companionship, assisting with personal hygiene and mobility, preparing nutritious meals, keeping their homes safe and tidy, providing transportation to appointments or outings, and giving timely medication reminders. • Competitive Base Pay: Starting at $17.00 up to $18.25/hour (depending on experience, Dementia Certification, or CNA), minimum $27.50 per shift
• Training/GUIDE Respite Rate: $17.00/hour for any training or GUIDE Respite shifts
• Raises: Available after 60 days and annual reviews with consistent hours
• Bonus: Generous bonus after 60 days (20+ hours/week and required documents completed)
• Mileage: Paid between client visits (if under one hour apart)
