Right at Home SLC is seeking Caregivers for morning shifts to support seniors and adults with disabilities at home. You will provide companionship, personal care, and daily living assistance to help clients live safely and independently.

Ideal candidates are caring, dependable, and able to pass a background check, with experience in dementia care. Training, schedule flexibility, and opportunities for advancement are available within a franchisee-led setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Experience with dementia and behavioral care.
• Experience with hoyer lifts and gait belts (preferred).

Responsabilités

• Provide one-on-one care to clients to enhance quality of life.

• Light housekeeping and meal preparation.

We are currently seeking a Caregiver for afternoon shifts on weekdays and/or weekends. If you are caring, dependable, and dedicated to helping others maintain their independence, we encourage you to apply and become part of our team.

Responsibilities

As a Caregiver at Right at Home SLC, you will provide one‑on‑one care that enhances the quality of life for both male and female clients. Duties include companionship, assistance with personal hygiene (peri‑care, bathroom or in‑bed support, brief changes), light housekeeping, meal preparation, transportation to appointments or outings, and medication reminders. This role is ideal for compassionate individuals who want to make a meaningful impact during morning hours.

Benefits

• Competitive pay: $17.00–$18.25/hour (depending on experience, Dementia Certification, or CNA), minimum $27.50 per shift

• Training/GUIDE Respite Rate: $17.00/hour

• Raises after 60 days and annual reviews

• Generous bonus after 60 days (20+ hours/week and required documents completed)

• Mileage reimbursement between client visits (if under one hour apart)
