Job summary

Right at Home SLC in Salt Lake City is seeking a caring Caregiver to provide in-home, one-on-one care on weekend mornings. You will support seniors and adults with disabilities with companionship, personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and transportation.

Qualifications include being 18+, valid driver's license, ability to pass background check, experience with dementia care; CNA experience preferred. The role offers training, on-call support, and opportunities for advancement.

We are currently seeking a skilled Caregiver to work weekends.

Responsibilities

As a Caregiver at Right at Home SLC, you will provide one‑on‑one care that enhances the quality of life for both male and female clients. Duties include companionship, assistance with personal hygiene (peri‑care, bathroom or in‑bed support, brief changes), light housekeeping, meal preparation, transportation to appointments or outings, and medication reminders. This role is ideal for compassionate individuals who want to make a meaningful impact during morning hours.

Benefits

• Competitive pay: $17.00–$18.25/hour (depending on experience, Dementia Certification, or CNA), minimum $27.50 per shift

• Training/GUIDE Respite Rate: $17.00/hour

• Raises after 60 days and annual reviews

• Generous bonus after 60 days (20+ hours/week and required documents completed)

• Mileage reimbursement between client visits (if under one hour apart)
