Job summary

Right at Home SLC is seeking a Caregiver for roughly 30 hours per week with two 12-hour shifts and additional hours as needed. The role focuses on compassionate, one-on-one in-home care for seniors and adults with disabilities, including light housekeeping, meal prep, and transportation.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Experience with dementia and behavioral care.
• Experience with hoyer lifts and gait belts (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one care to clients to enhance quality of life.
• Assist with personal hygiene and peri-care, in-bed support, or bathroom needs.
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Provide safe transportation to appointments or outings.
• Give medication reminders and monitor client wellbeing.

We are currently seeking a Caregiver for approximately 30 hours per week. This position includes two 12-hour shifts plus additional hours throughout the week. If you have the skills and compassion to provide quality care, we encourage you to apply and be part of our mission.

Responsibilities

As a Caregiver at Right at Home SLC, you will provide one-on-one care that enhances the quality of life for both male and female clients. Duties include companionship, assistance with personal hygiene (peri-care, bathroom or in-bed support, brief changes), light housekeeping, meal preparation, transportation to appointments or outings, and medication reminders. This role is ideal for compassionate individuals who want to make a meaningful impact during morning hours.

Benefits

• Competitive pay: $17.00-$18.25/hour (depending on experience, Dementia Certification, or CNA), minimum $27.50 per shift
• Training/GUIDE Respite Rate: $17.00/hour
• Raises after 60 days and annual reviews
