Job summary

Right at Home SLC is hiring Caregivers to provide one-on-one in-home care for seniors and adults with disabilities in the Salt Lake area. You’ll offer companionship, assist with hygiene and mobility, help with meals and light housekeeping, provide transportation, and remind about medications to support well‑being.

This part-time role pays $17.00–$18.25 per hour (based on experience and credentials). Benefits include training, raises after 60 days, mileage reimbursement, 401(k) with matching,

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
• Eligible to work in the United States and pass a background check.
• Experience with dementia or behavioral care preferred.

Position: Caregiver

As a caregiver, you'll provide one‑on‑one care that matters every day. Your responsibilities will include offering companionship and emotional support, assisting with hygiene and mobility, preparing meals and light housekeeping, providing transportation to appointments or outings, giving medication reminders, and building meaningful connections that foster well‑being.

• Competitive pay: $17.00-$18.25/hour (based on experience, CNA, or Dementia Certification) Minimum $27.50 per shift


• Training/GUIDE Respite Rate: $17.00/hour


• Raises after 60 days + annual reviews
