Job summary

Right at Home SLC is hiring caregivers in the Salt Lake area to help seniors and adults with disabilities stay safe, comfortable, and independent at home.

Part‑time weekday and weekend shifts are available. Responsibilities include companionship, hygiene assistance, mobility support, meal prep, light housekeeping, and transportation. Training and ongoing support are provided alongside competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older.
• Valid driver's license and car.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. and pass a background check.
• Experience with dementia or behavioral care is preferred.
• Familiarity with hoyer lifts and gait belts is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one care and companionship to clients.
• Assist with hygiene and mobility.
• Prepare meals and light housekeeping.
• Provide transportation to appointments or outings.
• Give medication reminders and monitor health changes.

We currently have part‑time openings on weekdays and weekends for caregivers who bring kindness, dignity, and support to those who need it most.

Position: Caregiver

As a caregiver, you'll provide one‑on‑one care that matters every day. Your responsibilities will include offering companionship and emotional support, assisting with hygiene and mobility, preparing meals and light housekeeping, providing transportation to appointments or outings, giving medication reminders, and building meaningful connections that foster well‑being.

• Competitive pay: $17.00–$18.25/hour (based on experience, CNA, or Dementia Certification) Minimum $27.50 per shift
• Training/GUIDE Respite Rate: $17.00/hour
• Raises after 60 days + annual reviews
