Job summary

The Goodman Group, LLC is seeking a Caregiver to provide routine daily care to residents in a compassionate and respectful manner in line with each resident's plan. You will assist with ADLs, transfers, mobility, and social activities, while maintaining dignity, safety, and confidentiality across all shifts.

Responsibilities include promptly communicating changes to the nurse, adhering to infection control, and supporting a safe environment.

Qualifications

• Must meet all applicable state and federal requirements for this position.
• Prefer 6 months or more of experience in a home care, assisted living, or long-term care facility.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) per plan.
• Assist with moving and transferring residents safely.
• Communicate observed changes to supervisor immediately.
• Encourage residents to socialize and participate in activities.
• Observe resident condition and report changes to nurse.
• Follow infection control practices and safety guidelines.
• Follow service schedule and ensure personal care needs are met.
• Perform other essential duties as assigned.
