Job summary

The Goodman Group, LLC is seeking a Certified Caregiver to support residents with daily care and medication services in a compassionate, respectful manner aligned with each resident's assessment and service plan.

The role requires assisting with ADLs, mobility, social participation, and vigilant observation of residents' condition, while following infection control practices and documenting care in the EHR.

Qualifications

• Must meet all applicable state and federal requirements for this position.
• Prefer 6 months or more of experience in a home care, assisted living, or long-term care facility.
• Certification or licensure as a caregiver per state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) tasks.
• Assist with transferring residents, mobility, and safety.
• Communicate changes to a supervisor and document appropriately.
• Administer medications following provider instructions and within scope of certification.
• Maintain accurate medication documentation and report adverse effects.
