Job summary

StoryPoint Group in Rochester, MI is seeking Caregivers to provide compassionate, personalized assistance to residents in our community. Shifts include 1st, 2nd, and 3rd with duties spanning bathing, dining support, mobility, and memory care assistance.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED, healthcare experience, and possibly CNA/MA certification. You will document care, communicate changes, and participate in safety and training activities. Comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in Healthcare, Geriatrics or elderly care preferred.
• CNA or MA certification preferred.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions.
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Actively supports our culture – our pillars and 1440.
• Provide compassionate and competent care for residents including daily tasks.
• Assist with bathing, dining, mobility, toileting, and routine care.
• Document records and communicate resident changes to Wellness Leader.
• Maintain safety, attend meetings, and follow company policies.
