Job summary

StoryPoint Group is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to provide compassionate, personalized assistance to residents in our community. You will help with daily living activities, mobility, and personal care while adhering to safety standards.

Qualified candidates may have a CNA or MA certification and experience in geriatric care, along with the ability to follow instructions and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in healthcare or geriatrics preferred.
• CNA or MA certification preferred.
• Ability to follow written or verbal instructions.
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Actively supports our culture - our pillars and 1440.
• Complete daily/weekly tasks as assigned by the Wellness Coordinator.
• Provide compassionate and competent care for residents, including services listed below.
• Complete and document pertinent records in the log book.
• Maintain safety procedures and report concerns to supervisor.
• Attend staff meetings, trainings, and safety courses.
