Job summary

StoryPoint is seeking a Caregiver to provide caring and personalized assistance for residents in our community. The role emphasizes compassionate care, daily living support, and adherence to our 1440 care standards to meet resident and family needs.

The position involves hands-on caregiving tasks, documentation, and collaboration with Wellness Leaders. A High School Diploma or GED is preferred, with CNA/MA certification and healthcare experience considered advantages.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, geriatrics, or with elderly population preferred.
• CNA or Medical Assistant certification preferred.
• Ability to follow written, oral, or diagram instructions.”
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dining, mobility, and personal care.
• Provide wheelchair and walking escorts.
• Complete and document appropriate records.
• Maintain shift schedules and assist other shifts when needed.
• Attend staff meetings and safety trainings.
