Job summary

StoryPoint Group is seeking a Caregiver to provide personalized assistance for residents in our Michigan community. This role emphasizes compassionate care, adherence to 1440 care standards, and collaboration with Wellness staff and families.

The position requires a High School diploma or GED, with preferred CNA/MA certifications and prior healthcare or geriatrics experience. Lifting up to 25 pounds is occasionally necessary.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, geriatrics, or with the elderly population preferred.
• CNA or MA certification preferred.
• Ability to follow written or oral instructions.
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Uphold punctual attendance and dependability.
• Lead our 1440 care standards to meet residents and families' needs.
• Report resident changes to Wellness Leader promptly.
• Communicate with families clearly and promptly about resident care.
• Collaborate with Wellness and community peers and leaders.
• Provide compassionate, competent care including daily living activities.
