Job summary

StoryPoint Group in Michigan is seeking a dedicated caregiver to provide comfort, safety, and supervision to residents. You will assist with daily living activities, administer medications, and document care per physician orders and service plans.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and CPR/First Aid certification within 30 days of hire. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong communication are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Demonstrable knowledge of Microsoft Office in a Windows environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications per physician orders and document completion.
• Review eMAR each shift for timely medication administration.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living per service plans.
• Answer call lights, door and safety alarms promptly.
• Observe changes and report to Care Coordinator and Director of Resident Care.
• Complete daily charting and obtain resident weights and vitals.
• Participate in training new employees and maintain confidentiality.
