CorsoCare is seeking a dedicated Caregiver/CNA for our Flourish Collection of Rochester Hills by StoryPoint Group. The role involves providing compassionate care and personalized assistance to residents in our community.

Preferred qualifications include CNA or Medical Assistant certification and experience in healthcare or geriatrics. The position requires attentiveness, reliability, and the ability to assist with mobility and daily activities.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) or Medical Assistant (MA) Certification preferred.
• Previous healthcare, geriatrics or elderly population experience preferred.
• Ability to follow written, oral, or diagram instructions.
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

• Provide compassionate care and assistance to residents.
• Adhere to 1440 care standards ensuring residents and families are supported.
• Communicate changes in resident needs to Wellness Leader promptly.
• Maintain clear, timely communication with residents' families.
