Job summary

Cogir Senior Living is hiring Care Partners to provide compassionate, personalized direct care to residents. You will assist with activities of daily living, ensuring comfort, safety, and dignity in a team setting. Shifts include day (12 hours) and night options with weekend rotation.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma, CNA as a plus, and First Aid/CPR. Prior caregiving experience (12+ months) and strong communication are valued for a respectful, patient care culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• CNA certification is a plus.
• Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain.
• At least 12 months of caregiving experience.
• Experience with memory care is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring).
• Provide compassionate care to promote independence and dignity.
• Encourage participation in life enrichment activities.
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks as needed.
• Maintain open communication with healthcare professionals, families, residents, and staff.
