Job summary

Cogir Senior Living is hiring Care Partners to provide compassionate direct care to residents, assisting with daily living tasks and ensuring comfort, safety, and dignity. The role emphasizes independence, respectful care, and teamwork in a supportive community.

Shift coverage includes DAY, NOC, and PM schedules; weekend rotation may be required. Training and growth opportunities are offered within a values-driven culture focused on resident well-being.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Current caregiver training/certification per state requirements (CNA/GNA/PCA/DCA) or ability to obtain.
• Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transferring.
• Provide compassionate care, emotional support, and engagement to promote independence.
• Encourage participation in life enrichment activities and social interactions.
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks such as making beds and tidying rooms.
• Maintain open communication with residents, families, and healthcare staff.
