Job summary

Cogir Senior Living is seeking Care Partners to provide compassionate, personalized direct care to residents in a community setting. You will assist with activities of daily living, ensuring comfort, safety, and dignity while promoting independence and well-being.

You will work in a team to support residents, participate in life enrichment activities, and help maintain a clean, safe environment. Weekend rotation may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Current caregiver training/certification per state requirements (CNA/GNA/PCA/DCA) or ability to obtain.
• First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring).
• Provide compassionate, respectful care to promote independence and dignity.
• Encourage participation in life enrichment activities.
• Assist with light housekeeping and maintaining clean resident spaces.
• Promote open communication among residents, families, and staff.
