Roles include 12-hour day or night shifts with weekend rotation, focusing on respectful, person-centered care within a supportive community.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 12+ months of professional caregiving experience.
• Current CNA or state-approved caregiver certification is a plus.
• First Aid and CPR certification or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring).
• Promote independence through compassionate care and emotional support.
• Encourage participation in life enrichment activities.
• Assist with light housekeeping and maintaining a clean environment.
• Foster open communication among residents, families, and healthcare staff.
