Job summary

Cogir Senior Living is seeking Care Partners to provide compassionate, personalized direct care to residents in our community. You will assist with activities of daily living, promote safety and dignity, and help residents stay independent while respecting privacy.

Join a team that values empathy, teamwork, and strong communication. Weekend rotation is required, with AM shifts available. High school diploma and CPR/First Aid credentials are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Caregiver training is a plus.
• Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring) per safety guidelines.
• Prioritize independence and emotional support through compassionate care and engagement.
• Encourage participation in life enrichment activities and programs.
• Assist with light housekeeping such as bed-making and tidying rooms.
• Promote open communication among healthcare professionals, families, residents and staff.
